divided into two wings viz., General Engineering & Project Wing, with the overall charge of the Department vested with the Corporation Engineer, in the rank of Superintending Engineer. While the Project wing is headed by the Project Engineer (in the rank of Executive Engineer), the General Wing is under the direct control of the Corporation Engineer.
